When will my order ship?+

Orders ship on a rolling basis as new inventory arrives. Please refer to your order confirmation for your drop date (e.g., “Drops 8/14”). Orders are dispatched in the order they were placed.

How can I track my order?+

As soon as your package is scanned by USPS, a tracking link will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

My package says 'Label Created' or 'Waiting for Package.' Did it ship?+

Sometimes USPS delays scanning packages. Rest assured, if you received a shipment notification, it was handed over. Contact us if it remains unscanned for 48+ hours.

I never received my order. What should I do?+

First, check the tracking number and confirm your delivery address. If it shows delivered and you didn’t receive it, email support@groobyshop.com for help.

I pre-ordered a strain. When will it ship?+

Pre-orders ship as soon as the listed strain drop lands in our warehouse. Strains and drop dates are shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.

Do you have Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?+

Yes. COAs for each strain are available directly on the product page. Look for the “View Certificate of Analysis” link.
